You’re pregnant! But that doesn’t mean you have to spend hours pouring over the internet. I got you! All classes are packed with information about pregnancy, birth and beyond to ensure you’re not overwhelmed, but empowered along your journey! Each session runs back to back and can be prorated for late entry.

Prenatal Yoga combines elements of a birth class with safe yoga practices for all stages of pregnancy.
Each class is themed with empowering topics such as Managing Fear, Owning Your Birth Space, Building Trust, Combating Pain and more. We delve deep into the common emotional + mental struggles during pregnancy while moving in a safe + therapeutic way to ensure you leave every class feeling bountiful in your mind, body and spirit.

Whether you had your baby 6 weeks, or 6+ years ago, this class is for all stages of motherhood. Enjoy extended savasanas and massage with essential oils. Leave feeling reenergized and rejuvenated. This specialized yoga class is suitable for all abilities.

Designed to cater to postpartum bodies (6 weeks+), this class offers a supportive and nurturing environment where you can rejuvenate both physically and mentally. We’ll integrate powerful breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises, providing you with the tools to enhance your stamina and balance during the week ahead.
We understand that having a baby in tow can sometimes be unpredictable, and that’s perfectly okay! Our classes warmly welcome your little one, regardless of their age or stage. Whether they’re in the mood to eat, cry, poop, or simply snooze, you’re encouraged to tend to their needs as they arise. Your comfort and your baby’s well-being are our top priorities.

Workshop: $58/couple
Prepare your birth partner to be your ultimate support during childbirth. This workshop provides tools to help ensure they’re not just passive observers but active participants in your birthing journey.
They’ll learn massage and compression techniques, positive language cues, optimal labor positions, and understand the stages of birth. We also cover coping strategies for pain and offer advice for post-birth and postpartum planning. With this knowledge, your partner will confidently stand by your side, ready to assist you every step of the way.

Hi! I’m Salina, a wife, doula, yoga teacher, and mother of three. I have practiced yoga for over two decades and, after the birth of my first daughter in 2011, decided to pursue my passion for teaching it. My personal journey through studying and teaching yoga has led me to develop a specialized yoga program for expectant mothers. These classes are a safe environment where you can develop deep movement, connect with your breath and challenge yourself before the big day! I hope to meet you one day soon.
Bring a water bottle and also a towel/blanket to pull in for comfort, should you need it. Also, don't forget your mat. I'll have an extra one on hand if you forget, as we all do from time to time.
If you're running late, simply enter as quietly as possible.
If you've ever taken a class with me in the past, you know that I like to keep it light and fun! Even if you have never practiced yoga before, these classes will make you feel connected in your mind, body and breath.
There is no expectation that you do it perfectly, just move in a way that feels beautiful in each moment. All levels and all stages welcome.
